The staff was delightful and incredibly helpful, especially Molly. The beds were very comfortable and had the best pillows I have ever encountered in a hotel. The gardens and pool were beautiful, although the pool was on the cold side. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the new paint wasn't sticking to the old paint in the bathroom and was bubbling up. An honor library book shelf would have been a wonderful addition. The front desk person was able to find me a loaner book when I finished mine.

The location of this hotel, in the French Quarter , is ideal. Its very easy to walk to tourist sites or pickup locations. The hotel is very clean. There is no elevator so if you are staying here with heavy luggage request a room downstairs.

The best part of this hotel is its location. You can walk everywhere from there. It’s super cute. The rooms are comfortable. But if you’re looking for something with impeccable cleaning lesson and service. This is not the place. It feels more like a bit and breakfast than a hotel. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try the pool, but it’s heated all year long. It could use a Jacuzzi though. Perfect hotel for friends, gatherings, family, reunions where everyone can meet in the central patio. Kind staff.

We have stayed here three times and love it! The location in the French Quarter is walking distance to all attractions. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A heads up for first timers—this is a historic hotel—so everything may not be up to 5 star resort standards. As I said before— we love it and will come back!

This was a perfect location and unique hotel. So glad we chose this spot over a large chain. It was quiet, super clean. Staff was attentive and relaxed. I would definitely stay here again! The room was nice and the staff friendly. Expedia mentions a restaurant on site and there is not one which was a reason I booked here. Because of Christmas there was not breakfast the 3 days we stayed. I would have liked to know these things when/before booking.
