Excellent hotel for a trip to the Big Easy, conveniently located in the heart of it all. The room was clean and sufficiently updated to give you a modern shower while keeping the old French Quarter charm throughout the rest of the room. The room was serviced daily which was a pleasant surprise as many hotels seem to have gotten away from this post COVID. 10 of 10 would stay again.

Staff was excellent. The room was clean. A little older style which was nice and the beds were great. No gym on premises which was fine because we walked everywhere. Great location. All around a wonderful place to stay.

Great people & fine, clean room. One block from Bourbon Street was great for the convenience of enjoying the vibe, but sleeping? What was I thinking?! A little sign or reminder in the elevator to not bring the party down the hallways would have been ideal. Overall, a great hotel though!

This hotel is very nice. Our room was huge and very clean. The balcony on our room was amazing. The check in staff was fabulous. The night front desk woman was very rude. She would not greet anyone or look up from her phone. She was playing music on her phone and I guess playing games that were too important to provide good customer service. The Price we paid for 1 night was not worth the rudeness we received from this lady. We had to catch a very early flight, so we tried to get our car from valet but the valet guy was laying down in his car. So we had to go to the front desk and ask the Rude lady to call for our car and she didn't look at us or say anything to us. For the quality of the hotel and proximity of things to do this kind of service does not represent the Hotel very at all. I would love to stay there again but not with that kind of service.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and large. We didn’t feel like we were climbing over each other. It was a great location steps from bourbon street, a five minute walk to Jackson square. Tons of restaurants and close to attractions. It was a perfect location for the off season between New’s Years (Sugar Bowl) and Mardi Gras- I’m sure during the season, it can be even more perfect- for a location near the action but far enough away. I would highly recommend.

I love staying here! My husband and I have been here 8 times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and the staff is just awesome and helpful. The location is great - close but far enough so you don't hear the noise from the streets.

Helpful, friendly staff with 5-star service in every way. Hotel St. Marie is the perfect location for one to walk almost everywhere in the French Quarter for sightseeing, shopping and dining. We discovered that a car rental was not needed since Uber and Lyft are readily available. Their valet onsite parking is safe and secure. Best of all, we were far enough from Bourbon Street and other noisy venues so we had no sleep disturbance at night. We definitely would come back for another stay!

Such a great stay to do everything in NOLA. Walking everywhere was great because close to everything. I do which a continental breakfast or free coffee in the lobby was provided. I will say almost all of my stay was excellent but the heating/AC was a little loud. Thankfully, closing bathroom door helped. But totally understandable with such a beautiful, older building. However, still loved it and would stay again. Thank you for helping make my first trip to NOLA a success!!!!!
