They do not have a laundry room as stated. They want to charge you per piece of clthing to send next door to be cleaned. I almost didn't get my clothes back before we checked out because they were not returned until 2 days after they said they would.

Very clean. Staff very nice and respectful also very helpful. The breakfast has a major variety of things and you can also order omelets and etc. only thing I thought was the pool was open. But of course it’s only open seasonally. Other then that I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel.

Sofa beds need upgrades.

I got a room that sleeps 6. I therefor will be taking the sofa bed. The first night was horrible as I was sleep on the metal base of the sofa bed! Very uncomfortable. I took pictures of the sofa bed and went to the front desk to show that the matress was work, torn, and the bed metal bed was missing several springs and therefor no support whatsoever. I was told they will send an enginner to fix the bed as they have no more available rooms to switch. Well, we went out and came back for the day and all they did was replace the mattress!! I went back and again told to give them some time to clean another room. But instead, they send someone to add another mattress!!! I have to AGAIN show the agent they sent over that the problem was the missing springs! He changed the springs but not all. The sofa bed still had no support even with the double mattress. Atleast I was no longer sleeping on metal bars.

Perfect stay

Everyone was so nice! Apparently March 8 was national women’s day or something of the sort and she wished me a happy day! I felt at home and I felt welcomed! We were within walking distance of the smoothie king center. It was just one night, but we had so much fun!
