This hotel was awesome - we stayed here for the Eras tour and were able to see the superdome from the balcony so it was a super short walk. It's also pretty close to Bourbon St but not close enough to be noisy and keep you up at night.
Felt very safe, no one can get in the building without a room key & the doorman was always there. Every staff member we interacted with was very nice & helpful.
My only (very minor) complaint is the only mirrors are in the bathrooms which made it hard for 6 girls to get ready! So please consider adding an extra mirror in the living room or bedrooms.
Perfect location to explore NOLA, easy to walk to the action, but not in the middle of it! Price was less than two hotel rooms would have been. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and well sized.
Staff was great and location perfect. It was not very clean. The floor really needs to be washed not just swept. The extra sheets need to be checked because two of them had old blood stains on them when we went to make the pull-out couch.
Had a great time. Reception staff was amazing, apartment was in a great location and very nice. Walking distance to everything and parking garage was a great bonus.
Our stay was amazing. There were two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two balconies, a full kitchen, and large seating area with a couch that turned into another bed. The space was beautifully decorated. It's a couple minutes walk to Canal Street, Bourbon Street, and the street car routes. The staff was incredible as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
The hotel was beautiful. The moving art was cool. The check-in was annoying. We were not able to check in until 4pm and after waiting and waiting when I went down at 4pm it was still not ready. In the bathroom with the stand up shower, the shower floor was slimy and the show head barely had any holes open. Our friends said the other one was great though. The beds were awesome! The kitchen was well appointed. The staff was nice. Overall, it was pretty good. If we came back to NOLA, we would stay here again.
