★ Host was amazing, quick responses and fantastic recommendations!
Stately neoclassical mansions, cool cafes, eclectic eateries and homey pubs line oak-shaded streets in the charming Lower Garden District. Handmade jewelry, local antiques and vintage Mardi Gras costumes are on sale at the monthly Little Flea NOLA market, while a stretch of Magazine Street has antique shops and clothing boutiques. Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots.

The Lower Garden District has a rhythm all its own - unhurried mornings, neighborhood cafés spilling onto the sidewalk, and the kind of architecture that stops you mid-stride. This fully renovated three-bedroom home drops you right into it, with enough space for six, a kitchen built for serious cooking, and a private entrance that makes the whole arrival feel like you already live here.
Living space
Exposed ceiling beams anchor the living room and give it the kind of character you can't manufacture. A 50" HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix handles the downtime, while central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan keep the temperature dialed in year-round. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with its own door mean anyone balancing work and travel won't need to compromise.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably. Each room comes furnished with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage - the kind of practical detail that makes a longer stay feel like less of a production. With 2.5 bathrooms spread across the home, even full-house mornings stay manageable.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is the real centerpiece. A Frigidaire refrigerator, Frigidaire electric stove, Frigidaire single oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the equipment side, while cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a baking sheet, and a toaster round out the rest. A drip coffee maker with coffee included means your first morning is handled before you even unpack. Pull everything together at the dining table for a proper sit-down meal.
Bathroom
Two full bathrooms and a half bath are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, and cleaning products. Both full bathrooms include a bathtub - less common than you'd expect, and genuinely welcome after a full day on your feet.
Family-friendly extras
Traveling with young children? A pack 'n play/travel crib with sheets and a folding or convertible high chair with food tray are both available upon request. Babysitter recommendations can also be arranged if parents want an evening to themselves.
Practicalities
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, safe, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm come standard. Exterior security cameras are in place on the property. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple, and free street parking removes one more thing from the list. The home is single-level with no stairs throughout. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and cleaning services are available during your stay.
Location
Magazine Street is steps away - boutiques, cafés, and restaurants within easy walking distance, with Annunciation Square nearby for a morning stretch. The streetcar stop a few blocks out connects directly to the French Quarter, the Superdome, and Tulane, so the full city stays accessible without moving the car.
Please note: No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
