Updates would make it better

Had 2 rooms, bathtub in one room did not drain, the other had a steady drip. Bathroom faucets on tubs are historic, but beautiful on the sinks. The floors were filthy. Room would have condensation if AC was not on. I used a towel to dry it and it was horribly dirty. Housekeeping either does not mop the floors or uses dirty water. Other than these issues, the place was great. Pool area is beautiful & very clean. Beds were very comfortable, pillows some were ok, others no so great! Connie at the front desk was exceptional. She went above & beyond. She is an asset to this establishment. I definitely would stay again, but they do need to clean the floors & surrounding areas around the AC & doors.

Air Conditioner was not putting out much air. No one told me when I checked in that I had to specifically request for clean towels and to have the trash removed from my room. When I got back to the room after being gone all day, I had to go to the office and get my own towels and trash bag. That isn't acceptable to me....it's rude!!

Nice location, very clean. The courtyard area was pretty. The Mexican restaurant next door was pretty good and had live entertainment the evening we were there. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was fine, about as expected. The room was a good value.

Liked the restaurant, a clean looking pool and the trees. Hated the dirty floors and walls . The bathroom didn’t look like what was in the picture on site. I was disappointed that I messaged them on first day that it was dirty and they didn’t acknowledge the message off Expedia to come and get the dirt out. This place doesn’t put enough detail in cleaning. It was nasty getting in bed with dirty feet because of the floor. Sorry I had to leave this review. Hopefully they better it. I thought about filling claim and going somewhere else but we was tired from traveling.
Signs of bed bugs I did wipe it off with a baby wipe. To see if more showed.

Door would not close upon exiting, Debris fell from toilet ceiling onto towels and ceiling seems to have an overflow or leak problem. These may have been this room only otherwise the place was OK I would stay here again after room indpection. Informend front desk when leaving in written note and verbally
