The room was clean however the sofa bed mattress was taped on the sudes. It needs to be discarded. The ice machine was inoperable which was a turnoff. Other than that, the stay was pretty reassuring

You get what you pay for. Needed a decent enough place to rest my head for Mardi Gras weekend last minute for a night. Any hotel close to the main attraction spots were $700-1200 a night such as Marriott’s, etc. This hotel cost me $300.00. Arrived to check in at 4pm(check in was at 3pm), had to wait to wait 30

The Room was horrible, The Iron did not work called the front desk they did not have anymore Irons, The Bathroom Tub had rust around it, the light fixture in the bathroom was broken, Room 106 had a few bugs in the bed, we had to spray the hole room

Dirty hotel. Broken elevator, put us on 5th floor. Bathroom floor sticky. Hair dryer not working. Carpet stained and torn. Bathtub rusty by the floor, and not really cleaned very well. Bathroom sink not draining well, slow drain. Desk chair missing arm and had torn upholstery. Furniture damaged. Nightstand missing handle. Desk lamp dirty and very rusty. Ceiling leak not repaired. TV had many channels blocked, wanted parental code. Person behind desk knew nothing about how to fix it, nor did she care. Whole hotel had a “bad air freshener” odor to it. Hallway on 5th floor had lots of trash sitting on the floor, stained carpets. No one made up our room. One of the worst hotel stays I can remember. Expecting a 69 year old to walk 5 flights of stairs is ridiculous
