Very excellent breakfast, clean, comfortable, big rooms, counter area to eat at in rooms. We loved sitting out by the gas fire pit. Hot tub is tiny but we did get a turn. Fitness area is tiny but we were able to get in a workout.

Nice rooms and location

Very nice hotel, rooms very spacious, my only complaint is the air conditioning unit made an awful noise making it hard to go to sleep, not much offered at breakfast, food was meh. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping are a plus.

Need thicker walls.

We greatly enjoyed the clean room , hot tub, and outdoor seating area. The breakfast was delicious! We loved the local cinnamon rolls. The only negative was that we could fully and clearly hear the conversations in the rooms next to us on the 3rd floor.

This is our second time at the Berlin Grande. It was even better this time—super quiet, relaxing atmosphere and we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. My only small complaint is that breakfast was just okay—not as tasty as our other time visiting. Not as many hot options that I liked, probably because it is a Monday. Otherwise, we love this hotel and will Continue to come back.

The elevator is soooo slow but hey it is what it is. Breakfast was good except half hour before service was over many items were gone. Some, like muffins and cinnamon rolls, understandable. Things like bread for the toaster and PLATES, not so much.

Skip the Breakfast

The facility itself is wonderful. The lobby is beautiful and the grounds are outstanding. Outdoor seating area is pretty with comfortable and plentiful seating and beautiful landscaping. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The downside to the room is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. One person showers and the mirror is dripping wet for a long time after. There is a sink and mirror by the bar in the room but the lighting there is poor. The biggest negative was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were cold and the coffee was flavorless.

It was our first time staying and we really enjoyed it, close to everything. First night kids running and jumping in room above us until 11:30 pm. Other than that, it was a great stay
