The room was very comfortable, but could have had some nicer touches. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee or tea. The sheets were quite pilly but the bed was very comfortable. Also, the door did not lock unless it was bolted from the inside.

We love the hotel, but will never book through Hotels . com again. They didn’t give us the room we chose. They showed it was available, but we we arrived, we found out it had been booked for 2 months. I recommend this lovely hotel, but book directly through them.

Absolutely loved our stay. The history alone and the uniqueness of each room. All the staff were incredibly pleasant and the location was in walking distant of so many cute little shops and an absolutely delightful coffee shop.

I think the owners have tried to make the experience unique, but overall I felt it was unkempt. There was an odor throughout the building that was not good. The outdoor patio area has great potential, but is lacking upkeep. Unfortunately,I would not choose to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel

I had a difficult time trying to find where to park. It turns out the hotel shares a parking lot with other businesses and it was across the street. I ate in the sports bar in the hotel, the food was very good. The hotel was very old but beautiful, they had quilts displayed on the walls. No refrigerator in room, ice machine out of order but the bar provided ice when requested.
