We had a wonderful stay at this resort-style condo. The condo location was excellent with beautiful ocean views that made our stay extra special. The unit was very spacious and accommodated our large group very comfortably. The grounds at Oceanwalk are impeccable and we felt very safe walking around the complex. The host was great—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Honeymoon haven

Originally rented this property to be my 49th birthday getaway, but found out one month prior that my youngest daughter was getting married so it turned into the honeymoon suite. Communication with the host was excellent and we were even able to extend their stay by two days with a simple tap of some buttons. They absolutely loved the location and everything around it. Convenient, beautiful location with great food choices, spacious accommodation, and very clean.

Great place to stay

We go to NSB every year and have rented in several different places. This condo was perfect for our family of 6 who visited. We also brought a 3 month old baby and Amy made suer there was a brand new pack and play for us to use. Easy access to the beach, great location, very spacious.

Family Summer

This was a family vacation for us and we had a great time. The condo was clean, furnished and decorated very well. It was just the right size and between the pool and the beach, local restaurants we had everything we needed. Overall it was a great vacation and I highly recommend this property and host. We will definately keep this as a place to return to.

Beautiful NSB Condo!!

Can not say enough great things about this condo! My family and I enjoyed it so much! The location was perfect! The building the condo was in and the proximity of the pool was great! It’s spacious and inviting! The kitchen size is A++!! Our family of 5 never felt crowded! We def would stay here again!

A Perfect Vacation!

This condo is all you can ask for to have a perfect stay in NSB! The accommodations are impeccable - everything is so organized, clean and meets any need imaginable. Amy is an incredibly gracious host and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The building is located directly across from the Rec Center #1 pool, making it convenient to shuffle kids to and from for naps and mealtimes. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great getaway

Amy has been a gracious owner. She listed many things to do around the area. The unit was very spacious. Location could not have been better... so close to everything. Walking to the beach was just minutes away. The unit had everything you would possibly need for beach time. The pool was very nice and well kept.

Great stay

We had a very nice stay. Everything was perfect, the condo was very clean when we arrived and really beautiful. Amy, our host is really wonderful. She answers our questions very quickly. She is always available to us. It was my first time with VRBO and she was there to reassure me and answer my many questions. The condo is very well located and it is very well equipped with different products. We are really very satisfied.

Great place for our family!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay here at Oceanwalk. The layout was great and it had everything that we needed. We had plenty of room and lastly, mad props for the bedding!! I am a bit fussy on bed comfort and generally have very low expectations with rental properties mattress/comforter quality etc due to past experiences elsewhere. This place had really comfortable beds so a big bravo on that!! We live close by in Orlando and hope to stay here again for our next little weekend getaway in New Smyrna Beach. Thanks.

Wonderful condo with ocean views

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this VRBO! Loved the kitchen and the couch was very comfy for movie watching in the evening. Appreciate the use of the boogie board and sand toys. The two pools were so nice; one pool was visible from the balcony so it couldn’t be much closer to the unit. The beds were also very comfortable and the two balconies provided different scenic views. A couple of things to know as a guest: limited bathroom supplies so check in and then make your shopping list for your needed supplies—there are stores just down the road so it will be easy. Fairly limited cleaning supplies so I couldn’t clean like I usually do. The cleaning fee is the most expensive I’ve paid so maybe it all worked out for the best. Nice laundry facilities so I could wash the beach towels and not leave a mountain of wet things to wash. Again, I would definitely stay here again and I think you’ll enjoy it!
