We enjoyed our stay at 33. Thank you to JR, Isaiah, and especially Chris. He was absolutely the most friendly and helpful doorman- concierge. The location of the hotel far surpassed what we expected and as everyone else has noted, it is quiet for Manhattan. There is however, one negative that I must point out and that being in the breakfast room and vouchers that we were given on any given day, there would be no service cold coffee, no coffee, no orange juice and overly microwaved little pieces of pastry. However, we will stay again and head out for breakfast. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great service, friendly staff and good location. However, the carpet both in the hallways and the room could use some cleaning or replacing. The furniture in the lobby also needs to be cleaned! The bed was dipped in.

Nice hotel in walkable area. Rooms are small and the elevator is slow but staff are friendly. The bar area was closed for an event during our stay so we didn't use our beverage coupon.

One of the best in the city

We liked the boutique feel, the hotel was kept clean and the staff was helpful. Seems like the carpets need to be replaced as they were getting a bit worn but other than that, we’d stay again!

I usually stay with Marriott or Hilton, but this time I tried something different. I definitely miss the early check-in and late checkout that chain hotels offer. The gentleman at the door was very helpful.
