Nice room. Easy check in & out. Lighting in lobby & elevators was ridiculously dim. Hard to see much of anything. I understand the vibe you were after, but this is excessive. Still a nice stay and great area of town.

Nice getaway

We needed a night away from the kids and just a getaway to the city. The room was decent, it was clean and somewhat modern. The balcony was a nice touch but really there was no view since your view was the building across the street. We stayed on the 11th floor. Overall a nice place, nothing spectacular.

Check-in was quick and easy. This is an old building that is kept up nicely. My room was lovely, very very clean. The bed was comfortable with the nicest, soft, soft pillows. The bathroom was shiny clean the only change I would make, would be to increase the lighting in the bedroom. There are many lights, but they’re all on the more dim side, which is not great for my elderly eyes. It would’ve been good if there was one light that was very bright that I could have used. while there I spoke with the lady from housekeeping the person at the front desk and the doorman and they were all very nice. I would gladly go back to this hotel
