We have stayed at this hotel several times before but like a lot of other chains, they are trying to cut corners by reducing the staff at the front desk and trying to get you to use a self-check in kiosk that doesn't really work. Because we booked two separate nights on Hotels.com we had to go downstairs and get new keys for the next day. It seems like they could provide a better experience for their guests by finding a way to eliminate these silly things that are a waste of everyone's time.

Awesome clean trendy stay. Great location - we had a terrace which was an incredible size!! There was a hammock and table with chairs. Would definitely stay on our return to NYC.

The area around the hotel was not the safest but the location was great with pabt right around the corner. The service was great and the suite room we were in was clean/spacious. Especially loved the view and the terrace. Would recommend :)
