Das Hotel selbst war super. Was ich absolut nicht weiterempfehlen kann ist das Frühstück. Ich habe dafür bei der Buchung schon bezahlt. Dazu kam dann aber bei jedem Frühstück noch eine Servicepauschale von 8 USD sowie Trinkgeld von mindestens 6 USD. Die Auswahl an Speisen (kein Buffet) war sehr begrenzt und meiner Meinung nach nicht preiswert. Um überhaupt einen Tisch zu erhalten, mussten wir jeden Morgen zwischen 30 und 35 Minuten anstehen plus 30 Minuten auf das Essen warten.

Personnel accueillant, serviable et professionnel ! Petit déjeuner vraiment très bon. J’étais côté cour intérieure donc pas beaucoup de bruit. Chambre propre et nettoyée tous les jours. Pour les petits détails : La fenêtre aurait mérité que les joints soient changés. Et il faudrait des rideaux ou quelque chose de non-opaque qui laisserait passer la lumière sans devoir obscurcir toute la chambre pour éviter d’avoir du vis-à-vis avec les immeubles en face. (C’est la seule chose qui m’ait vraiment dérangée). J’ai bien apprécié mon séjour et j’y retournerais volontiers. Merci : )

Suhteellisen hyvä sijainti New Yorkin Manhattanilla, helposti pääsi paikasta toiseen nopeasti. Palvelu oli hyvää. Huone oli siisti. Siivouspalvelua ei parina ensimmäisenä päivänä käynyt, syy tuntematon. Sitten käytiin päivittäin loppuviikko. Eristys huoneissa todella huono. Kaduilta kuuluu New Yorkiin kuuluvat hälyajoneuvot sisälle, hotellin sisäpuolelta käytävällä kävelyt ja puhumiset, sekä vähän kovemmat puhumiset toisista huoneista. Vesiputkiston käyttö kuului kyllä _todella_ ärsyttävästi huoneessa. Aamupala tuntuu suurelta huijaukselta. Aamupala maksaa varauksen yhteydessä x määrä (en muista mitä). Hotelliin saavuttaessa ja kirjautuessa sisään, asiakkaalle annetaan kuponkeja, joilla kerrotaan olevan 20$ arvo per kuponki käytettäväksi aamupalalla. Aamupalalla on pääruoka, sivulautanen ja juoma vaihtoehdot joista valita ja jokaisella oma hintansa, yli 20$ menevät laskutetaan. Tämä tuntui kuitenkin muuttuvan päivästä toiseen, miten homma toimii. Todella epämääräinen ja epäilyttävä systeemi. KUKAAN aamupalalla ei ymmärtänyt tätä. Kuponkiin siis kuului ilmeisesti pääruoka ja sivuruoka, sekä juoma, mutta nimellisesti laskutettiin kuitenkin aina jotain. Loppulaskussa kuitenkin oli meitä laskutettu jotain aamupaloista lisäksi, vaikka kuponkien olisi pitänyt kaikki korvata. Tipit tietysti lisättiin ja ne loppulaskuun kuuluukin, mutta jotain outoa tässä tapahtuu. Ruoka oli toki hyvää suurimpana osista aamuja. Aamupaloille oli myös suuret jonot, ajankohdasta riippumatta.

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. War eine Woche privat. Hotel ist sauber. Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Günstig gelegen. Im Hotel gibt es ein kleines Café mit sehr gutem Kaffee zu vernünftigem Preis. Das Restaurant bietet täglich von 16-19 Uhr "Happy Hour" an. Was mich etwas gestört hat: Lüftung im Bad läuft die ganze Zeit und kann nicht abgestellt werden (laut und nicht umweltfreundlich). Das Hotel bietet zum Flughafen nur einen privaten Transfer an, welcher sehr teuer ist (inkl. Tip ca. 120 Dollar). Es wird kein organisierter Shutte für mehrere Personen angeboten.
