Excellent! Staff went above and beyond! I wish I could recall the name of the staff member at the front desk that provided me with a small fan to sleep with. I ask every hotel I visit for one and Casablanca has been the only one to provide it! I really think he went out and purchased it just for me! Very pleasant and friendly staff! Highly recommmend

The staff were amazing and polite and respectful. The lounge on the 2nd floor with the fireplace and free coffee was about the best thing during my NYC trip. After a day of sight seeing and walking around the city, a cup of coffee by the fire was exactly what I needed.

Great staff! Rick's cafe was very convenient for those after bar munchies! You can walk right into Tony's bar area from the lobby. Literally right around the corner from the ball drop! Quaint charm and character.

The staff is outstanding. My wife left her ring on the bedside table. We called on the way home. They immediately sent someone to the room to retrieve the ring. We sent them a self addressed envelope and a few days later the ring arrived back at our home. A lot of hotels would not have done this.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, room was big, and the 24 hour lounge was a great added bonus. The staff were so friendly and nice. The room temperature was a little hot for our liking, but other than that it was perfect.

Great hotel! The staff were friendly everytime we entered or exit the hotel. We had a couple issues and they were great as resolving by the time we came back everything by was sorted. Breakfast was great just before heading out all day and the free water bottles were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel, slap bang in Times Square but couldn’t hear any noise
