Great studio apartment for a couples stay, we stayed 4 nights. Unit was as described in the posting. Nothing fancy, but has all you need. Short walk to Grand Central Station and from there you can take the subway anywhere. Very walkable area that we felt safe at all hours. The only con would be the last minute check in instructions that arrived day of around 1:30. Overall would stay again.
Walked by the property entrance, but once inside the host was very responsive to help. Very clean and decent-sized apartment with patio. Great location. Will use this again for my next business trip. A++
Perfect location - close to restaurants and coffee shops as well as a market. Also close to Grand Central to pick up the subway. The place was just what we needed - comfortable bed, cute patio⊠Very easy to communicate with host. Will be back! Thank you!
Wonderful studio apartment in the center of midtown!! Amazingly very quiet and cozy for the location, very nice contemporary decor, immaculately clean, nice provision of water bottles and coffee. Very easy access, highly recommend!!!
The place was as advertised, within walking distance to many attractions and delicious coffee shops. Opposed to a traditional hotel this place hit the mark, we will undoubtedly be back! Ty.
Construction going on right behind the building, extremely loud. Was told weâd be on the 2nd floor ended up on the 4th and my wife was on crutches. We would have canceled and rescheduled our trip had we known. Wife didnt want to leave once we got up the stairs. Communication was great with hosts though and i will say they tried to make up with a free breakfast the next day at their hotel down the street but we ended up not taking them up on the offer since pictures online made it look like continental breakfast which isnt really our thing. I dont think a breakfast comp makes up for the inconvenience it caused on our trip, especially after asking and letting the host know our situation with being on crutches.
The suite was exactly as described, which was great. My only issue was the keypad on the unit door. It made a short buzzing or whirring sound, like a small motor trying to turn the lock. The noise lasted a couple of seconds each time and sounded a bit like a quiet electric tool. Based on my own experience at home, this usually means the battery needs to be replaced. The sound happened off and on throughout my stay, including during the night, which interrupted my sleep. In the future, it might be helpful to check the battery life before guests arrive. Other than that, everything about the suite was great.
