Very trendy. We loved the vibe. Rooms were clean and comfy. Great access to subway to and from laguardia and JFK. great dining options in hells kitchen just 15 minutes walking.

Yes room was spotless but very small. Didn't lile that you could not wslk around the bed as it was jammed against the wall. It was a very comfortable bed, fab pillows.

The hotel was very nice and cozy. We did not eat at the breakfast but the bar was nice. The decor was very unique and nice. We absolutely loved the atmosphere of the hotel.

My stay was perfect! The hotel is so close to a subway station as well as Time Square and other very fun activities. The staff were very friendly and helped out whenever needed. I would 100% stay here again everything was clean as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit New York.

We stayed at the Citizen M for a few days after the New Year. I loved the dark, cozy vibe. The room was cozy and my daughter and I loved the lighting options :P We were on the 17th floor and could see the view of the upper (lower?) end of Times Square. After a verrrryyyy long day of walking the bar staff greeted us with such warmth and eased a bit of our fatigue with a coffee and cocktail! The staff were all so helpful and accomodating. On another trip to NYC I'm not sure I'd stay in Times Square again due to the people congestion but it was great being close to so many landmarks and shopping!

Everything stood out! The staff were wonderful and when we asked they delivered. Check-in and check-out was so easy. The rooftop bar was fantastic along with the gym. We will always stay here when coming to NYC.
