This is probably our 10th visit to this hotel. We generally come to NY for business, and this is a perfect location for getting to anywhere we need to go in the city. The staff at the front desk and all of the support people are amazing. Thank you

Ideal location. Prompt and friendly service. Very quiet, even facing the street on a lower floor. Special props to housekeeping. Reasonably priced for location. I was referred to this hotel and will refer it onward. Note: I appreciate your green eco policies, but there is nowhere for customers to implement them. Rooms need a place to put recycling. I have seen 2-sided bins (black bin for trash, blue bin for recycling) at other hotels.
