Don’t fall for the good reviews! I’ve been to nyc several times and this was my first stay at club quarters. It was awful. We booked an upgraded superior suite with kitchen as we were travelling with our 8 month old baby. Upon arrival they said they couldn’t provide that room and gave a tiny room with no amenities (after several hours of waiting). That night the front desk said no refund would be given because regardless of what room you pay for they can provide whatever they have on hand. Moral of the story, either stay at Hyatt (where we switched to) or Westin grand central.

Excellent service. Rooms are well outfitted, bed is comfortable. Really reasonable rate and great location. Love the water refill station and the nespresso machine in the room. The AC made a decent amount of noise as did the elevator and bathroom had a slight musty smell. But overall good and would stay here again.

Club Quarters Grand Central has become my "go to" hotel in NYC. It's conveniently located right next to GCT so you can easily go anywhere in the city. The hotel is safe with many measures in place to put your mind at ease. I often travel solo and that is THE most important thing for me. The room is efficiently laid out and spotless with a super comfy bed, great sheets and towels.The living room area on the top floor has great coffee, nice furnishings and a rooftop area with tables and chairs. The staff is warm and welcoming and genuinely seems invested in top notch customer service.
