Room was not ready when I arrived at 5pm, had to be placed in room with double bed even though I booked King. Stayed three days, cleaning service NEVER came to room to take trash, replace towels, or toilet paper. Lady monitoring breakfast was too much, very crowded and NO need for her to hover over people. We are all adults and know how to make breakfast

I stayed here one night for a layover and everything was great for what I needed. Room was smaller in general but good for me. You're right under the path for planes landing so that is a little loud but nothing that disrupted my sleep. There's a lot of construction around and nothing to walk to so you need an Uber if you want to go anywhere, including restaurants. I had to wait in the lobby for several hours due to me landing early and waiting for my room but the staff was great and very accommodating! They were able to get me in as soon as a room was ready. They were very helpful.

AC didn't work. Rude staff. Worst customer service

Will never stay here again. AC did not work in our room. We reduced the temperature to sleep at around 10:30 pm but even by 1 am the temperate had not dropped. I wasn't getting sleep because it was too hot and my toddler was rolling around restless in the heat. I tried opening the window and it wouldn't open. I called front desk to help and the manager clearly didn't care about working there. There was nobody to come and help and so I was offered to move to a new room. Problem is it was 1 am, we had spread our stuff all over the room and bathroom and moving everything would be a just too much work at that time. The manager said he doesn't have a bell boy and rudely said "And I am not coming up to move your stuff". I politely asked if he can just allow us to just sleep in the other room so we don't have to move all our stuff and anyway they won't be giving this to anyone in the AC not working state. Got a blunt and rude "I can't do that" as an answer. Basically, we should all wake up, including the toddler, repack all our stuff, move our own bags and go to another room in the middle of the night - but the hotel doesn't care that their AC doesn't work and won't help in any reasonable way. I would have fired that front desk manager if he worked for me - I even got a "It's not my room, its the hotel's" at one point. Barely slept that night.

It is okay!!

We only spent 6 hours in this hotel as we had an early flight. The room was in the first floor which made me a little nervous as I wasn’t sure how safe that area was and by the elevator that we could hear it moving.up and down. The shuttle to the airport starts till 5 am so we had to call an Uber.

For being near the airport the room was quiet and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and willing to help without being asked. And when asked, did it with a genuine smile. Bummer JFK is under construction and made the area around the hotel a bit unwalkable.

Great experience in just a few short hours.

The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out and in between. Shuttle service to airport was prompt and got us where we needed to be. I wasn’t expecting a great experience for just staying over one night just to get an early flight, but I was pleasantly surprised!! If I ever need an early flight and need to stay close to airport, I’ll be back!
