First l want to give a BIG shout out and a ⭐️ to Alex for great service at check-in. He was pleasant and polite, very helpful and ensured that the process was completed first. The room was newly and tastefully renovated, super clean and spacious. There was enough towels including face clothes (another good to have). The shuttle to and from JFK was prompt, the driver was courteous and engaged well and tremendously helpful. My only concern is the breakfast, please consider having it out for those leaving at 6am can also grab and go. Overall, this hotel is a gem and l highly recommend it for overnight stay or for long flight layover. Oh l should also mention that they provide beverages I.e coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate. It was amazing 🤩. Book your stay and be sure to tell others about your wonderful experience!

Never have I stayed in an airport hotel and been told I couldn’t take the shuttle that I needed to take. I had to make a taxi reservation but in the morning when I came down to get my cab ride a really nice guy at the front desk told me three other people took a cab and now there was room for me. I saved myself $40. They should really look into accommodating their guests. Not sure I would stay here again for that reason.

The room was nice but it sits right beside a very busy street plus an employee was vacuuming the hall at 930 at night. Keep in mind that this beside the airport so must of us either have an early flight or just coming from a late flight. Not a good night sleep.

Property is great, very clean and fresh. This was my 3rd stay and I will return there. There are no complaints except the lady who checked us in seemed to be a bit unhappy. Her customer service skill was not appropriate for that environment. All others were very pleasant and helpful.
