Lobby was very nice---looked newly renovated and front desk staff were kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Room was ok---smelled a bit like dirty mop water, but overall fine and linens were clean. One elevator means having to wait for service sometimes, but not inconvenient. I didn't spend a ton of time in the room as I was there on business, but it was completely fine for what I needed! Easy walk to everything. I would stay there again.

Comfortable and clean

The staff were very friendly and when I called the front desk twice to get coffee and towels they came right away. It was clean. The breakfast food was sometimes out and it is quite crowded in the kitchen area. Overall, we have no major complaints and close to broadway, Times Square, and downtown.

The room was clean and the beds/pillows were comfy. We thought the waffles at breakfast were delicious - would've appreciated a meat protein at every breakfast and maybe a different fruit besides bananas but we were full every morning and that was what was important to us. The hotel is walkable to Time Square and the subway but far enough away that we did think twice about making the trek back unless absolutely necessary or there was a large break in the schedule. We felt safe there and it was quiet. Staff were polite.

Everything was good the only problem was their wifi was not working throughout my visit for three days and i called front desk few times and they just they are working on it every time i called

The area was convenient. The lift was a pain and inconvenient. My room key kept going blank so i had to get a new one about 9 times. My window for my room also had lights from outside shining into my room so I kept the curtain down constantly just to get to sleep
