Room was clean. Staff was exceptional. Lost keys in elevator shaft and they were recovered in a timely manner. Staff as was very understanding and sympathetic since I was there because of a death.

Hotel was nice and close to subway. Area is a little sketch but we had NO problems walking around and to the Subway. Breakfast was OK but didn't have many items out at a time? Not sure why. Little Ceasers pizza up the road was very good and Popeyes also very close. Easy 6 green line down into the city and back. Parking was $40 a night but we were close to the door. Overall good.

Nicely kept property outside with security walking around. Inside was great and clean. The room was great and comfortable. Good hot breakfast!

It was a nice stay in your hotel but my only complaint is when I booked my stay it was quoted in Canadian dollars when I got there it was charged in American currency so my $220 stay costs me $400 plus dollars for a one night stay
