Good basi airport hotel with lovely staff

Emergency booking with the Heathrow Fire - excellent service and lovely people. The shuttle was badly late on my departure, and food quality was low - not a restaurant as advertised and not many local alternatives

Great staff, dated hotel

This hotel is very close to JFK, which makes the shuttle to and from the airport convenient and seamless. The staff is amazing. The shuttle drivers were helpful and polite. The hotel staff greeted us promptly and they are friendly and hospitable. The hotel is dated and this is noticeable when you enter the elevator. We stayed on the 5th floor and noticed the carpet very dirty, had not been vacuumed in a while, the lighting was poor and the room had a musty smell. The bed was very "springy" but we were so exhausted from a day of international flights that we fell asleep right away. The staff was extremely helpful with our shuttle back to the airport. Overall the stay was pleasant and the staff was amazing.

The property was clean and felt very safe. The airport shuttle was extremely helpful. My 21 year old daughter was stranded alone at JFK. After going through customs returning from London she could not go back through security because she had missed her connection and the next flight was in the morning. Thankful you were there!! I booked her room and she took the shuttle. Thank You!!

Property had a D rating on the window as you entered the facility. Property was okay and only had street parking with most vehicles bumpers laying beside of them. Overall disappointed and should have just booked a hotel in the city.
