Excellent staff

The hotel staff was excellent and meet all our needs. There were some issues with the elevator when we arrived, which was a very long wait to get up to our rooms. Things break and they had it remedied not quick but within a reasonable amount of time and safely. The staff made up for it, which made the delay less painful. Just a really nice crew at this hotel.

The property is in a perfect location but was cautious walking up in the evening. There is a lot of loitering which the property CANNOT control and I am aware of that. I appreciate how the location takes care of the immediate area and it’s a fantastic location for midtown experiences.

The room didnt even have water on it. I stayed 3 days. The receptionist was super rude. Area is very dirty. Outside hotel there were all types of people smoking weed right in front of hotel. I lost something, and they were very uncooperative. If you are paying this much, I recommend never going to this hotel. Go somewhere else. No room service. Had to ask to change the beddings. It was not like that before. Very bad experience.

Stay was overall ok. I got 2 room for me and my family, I asked for them to be together on a high floor. I got them next to each other on the 7th out of 32 floors. I specifically booked here with intentions of us having a view of the city, I got the (city view) room when I booked. We got a view of the back and trash that was left outside. Staff was friendly but I felt my request was ignored. Rooms were clean but small.

great location and great value

overall it was a very good stay. We spent three nights at the hotel. The location is great, very convenient to everything, short walk to access all sub stations with plenty of restaurants/shopping around. One complaint was on Sunday one of the three elevators was not working, causing a long delay for guests.
