Great overall

Rooms are small but comfortable, staff were all excellent and friendly. Issues with the elevators- they were SLOW, and would occasionally bring you up many floors before going down. Several times we gave up waiting, they never showed. Leave yourself extra time to exit the building via elevator. Otherwise great and good quick service food options nearby for breakfast and lunch.

Small bed. It seemed smaller than a double. Also the lifts were an issue. At times only 2 of the 3 available and long waits both from ground and the floor I was staying on Good area though. Close to subway stations and iconic views on the seaport

The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Other than the typical New York issues like parking and room size, the elevators were extremely frustrating. They passed by floors where they had been called. The longest we waited was.15 minutes, at which point we divided luggage into two trips and took the stairs for the 7 floors. The hotel has 44 floors. We were lucky.

One of the more quieter places in NY. However be prepared to add 15 min to anywhere - waiting for elevator!!! The elevators are small and take a long time to get to. And filled to capacity most of the time!
