Room was clean and nice . Elevators take forever because there’s only 3 elevators for all 44 floors. The rooms are pretty small but on the bright side the room comes with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The location isn’t too bad and I love that they let guests leave their luggage there after check out. It gave us the opportunity to roam around NY luggage free until our flight.
