Hotel was good, however the first night there was a loud drilling noise coming from the room opposite us at 9pm. Me and my son were unable to sleep because of it. I phoned reception to complain but the lady didn’t appear to be interested, and hung up on me once. Most of the staff were great but one in particular was moody.

It so convenient to walk to time square and all around. It is clean and staff super helpful. The only problem was elevators, we had to wait more than 15 minutes to go down every day.

Location is good especially for the price. Rooms are small and old. Lady at reception was nasty. We checked in at 5pm and room was still not ready with no explanation or apology. Not enough elevators - always a long wait for elevators. You get what you pay for.

We booked a room for two adults and two kids but we’re informed at check in the pull out sofa only would fit one kid, and there were no cots or extra blankets or pillows for a kid to sleep on the floor. Check in woman was extremely rude and unhelpful. Will not be staying here again

The entire staff deserves a raise. They were very busy, but gave excellent service. Carlos is the stand out!! He was very patient and kind to my family every time we interacted with him. This is a great location not far from Times Square. We will definitely be back.
