From the minute, we stepped into our room the air-conditioning did not work and it started out at 74° even though we had it set for 65°. It continued to climb to 77° where no one could sleep through the heat.

Staff was courteous i was not pleased with room. It was handicapped room could not have hung my clothing out, the sink space is small for double bed room, no coffee in room and access to coffee was available after 6:30am. For a USD425.00 room it was not what was expected. Additionally USD40.00 was charged per day for fees not sure what it is for.
