Perfect for family stays in the big apple

This hotel met all our needs, location, breakfast, and comfy room for two aunts and their nephew for his first time in New York City. Super quiet, not too crowded in the lobby, no problems with facilities or cleanliness.

Sink drain stopper was completely disconnected. Water wouldn't drain unless the stopper was removed completely. The property was so concerned with water conservation that the toilet would not flush completely. We had to fill up a waste container with water to get the toilet to flush. Tub drain was not connected. It was very unpleasant to view the trains of both the sink and the tub.

Good place to stay overall

Everything was clean and well maintained. Job and Niecy were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not to my liking. They were very soft/airy. I prefer a firm pillow but those were the only option. The WiFi never worked in our room. We could connect for a few minutes while in the lobby/breakfast area then it would disconnect.
