The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Always greeted me when I arrived and had something pleasant to say. Family who visited my room commented on the pleasant room and comfort. The breakfast was good and enjoyable.

They have valet parking. Front desk and valet are super NICE!!! We checked out and they held our belongings while we roamed the city. You have 24 hrs from the time you checked in. Ex: we checked in at 9:30pm. We had until 9:30 pm the next night since we stayed 1night. I loved it and so did my family!!! Would stay again!!!

Everything was extremely small. Room, bathroom, breakfast nook. First day of breakfast was ann utter disappointment with almost NOTHING being ready. Worker was having fun in the kitchen giggling with other staff. OH, and apparently their policy on water bottles don’t include the staff keeping inventory as they charged us $6.32 for two bottles of water, which none of us took as those two bottles remained as we checked out. Perhaps someone on the staff is trying to pay for college one bottle at a time. I did call about this and was told it would be investigated. Yeah, ok, whatever. Such pool customer service skills. Will NOT be returning to this thieving hotel.

The property was clean and tidy and the room was well equipped with the basic essentials. I was quite shocked by the low standard of the breakfast. It was served of paper plates with plastic cutlery, with very little choice and what was on offer was very basic and bland. You could make your own waffles (with nothing for toppings), yogurt, bread, cereal and an apple. There was a few unappealing looking cooked items (only three options). I was very disappointed and didn't eat there after day 2. The place needs a overall a bit more care and attention put in.

This is the worst Courtyard are have ever stayed in. Tough area and our room was next to the stairs. Shoebox size. No body wash on the shower and when we requested some, they brought up body lotion after a 30 minute wait.

Well located, good value for money, clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was a great bonus and I enjoyed it every morning. I would stay here again. For me the only thing I would say is that it's a little dated and tired, but this would not put me off staying again
