Very good location. Staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Smaller hotel so room sizes I would say are average. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Dining area gets very busy for breakfast so go early. Parking garage on the same block which is convenient. Grand central terminal within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly! They gave us shopping, food and transportation ideas. Rooms are clean but small. Area around the hotel felt safe and everything is within walking distance.

Rooms small. Fire alarm testing for nearly 40 mins disturbed out stay. Started around 10am with no prior warning. Breakfast was ok but all served in disposables which seemed like a high waste. The room next door was constantly watching television at full volume, even in the night. The noise could be heard through the walls. When I went to speak to a member of staff about this, they simply said that they couldn’t do anything.

Good location

This is a convenient location a block and a half from Grand Central Station. It's nice that breakfast is provided and it's an easy walk to the Times Square area.

Upon arriving we were greeted by a polite receptionist. They took my payment and put a $400 hold for incidentals that has still not released to my card 4 days later. The double bed rooms are very small. Note that the beds are double (size of a full bed) not comfortable for 2 people. There is no microwave or mini fridge which was quite the inconvenience. Continental breakfast finished bagels, sausage, eggs and waffles along with some fruit. Very basic. Ultimately the stay was ok but we would not stay again. We’d pay $20 more a night and choose a hotel with more convenient and comfortable amenities.
