The front of house staff were very friendly, helpful, and had lovely smile to greet us, explained everything well and were happy to answer any questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast variety was great, would have been nice to eat with real cutlery.

Mid range commuter airport

A simple commuter hotel. Located close to JFK- with a complimentary shuttle. Be warned the shuttle doesn’t drop you at your airline terminal- but at the air train station so budget your time accordingly. Parking and access with a car is near impossible. The surrounding neighborhood is also not really recommended to walk around alone. Hotel could for sure use some cosmetic work and a good deep clean.
