Lovely…I loved it here. It was perfect for us. Thank you for a good stay. Room was very nice. It was quiet and clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Staff very friendly. Always had coffee available. Close to everything! Lots of elevators.

Crowded & Loud

Extremely crowded, very loud hotel. You can hear every door that closes around you, and the walls are so thin your door shakes when others close. We waiting 15-20 minutes for an elevator and finally had to carry our bags down the stairs. The location is good, but I would not stay here again unless it was a very, very dead time of year.

Small rooms and elevator problems .

Very disappointing. Elevators are horrible to access. Waited for 45 minutes to get an elevator that went to our floor. Having to use the room key for security is fine but the assigning of different elevators every time is unacceptable. There was almost a fights on Saturday afternoon as there were a significant number of guests waiting and elevators filled up quickly. People cut in front of people. No coordination or consistent process. And no staff to assist with the issues being encountered by numerous guests. This leads to frustration and anger among guests. The rooms are beyond small. No drawers for clothes, no closet to hang clothes. The property is very clean and the staff are very pleasant and accommodating given the numerous complaints they were dealing with.Great location but not worth the issues you have to deal with to stay at this hotel.Given all the issues I encountered I will not be staying there again.
