The only reason I’m unsatisfied my stay is because of the mattress. I woke up sore and beat up every morning due to mattress being all spring. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Staff are AWESOME! They are all super helpful, welcoming, and professional. The room is clean and just enough (might be a little tight for couples) The downsides are that there is no noise cancellation, though I stayed on the 17th floor, yet I can hear all that's going on in the street, of course location is incomparable, walking distance from all downtown attractions. The second thing is that the elevators get really busy in the morning, so you might have to wait 15 min for the next available one.
