Very clean room and comfortable. Staff was great, and the food was okay. But the area is a bit sketchy, the good thing is that is near the subway station. I would stay here again.

Our stay was great overall! The staff was friendly and very helpful! They appeared to genuinely care about us as the customers. The room was hot and a little stuffy the first night and the sink in the bathroom was a little clogged. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean. Due to the increase flu cases in NYC, the staff highly encouraged those with cold symptoms to wear masks. They did great about ensuring the common areas were sanitized. We would defintiely recommend others to stay here!
