Family Trip

We stayed for one night and had a lovely time. We did pre check in when we arrived super early. They held our bags all day until we checked in at 3. The room and lobby were clean and had everything we needed. I have two small children and a double stroller and was able to navigate the hotel and elevators easily. We did self park at the garage next door and it could not have been easier. Perfect location to times square/ rockafeller center but still on a quiet street and out of the main hustle and buslte. Will definitely stay there again

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family during our trip to NY and would highly recommend! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was spacious (for a ny hotel) and very clean. Microwave, fridge and in room crib were all available to us. Parking garage was conveniently next to the hotel and offered valet parking for a reasonable price. Very close walking to all The shopping and dining and the area felt very safe at night. I will definetly be staying here again for our next trip!
