Disappointing

The location, while convenient to Penn Station, was in a very "sketch" part of town. While there were no issues, it was disappointing. The attached restaurant was actually good - but my understanding is that they are separating from the hotel. They would not allow the meal to be billed to the room. The rooms were ok. Old. But functional. It needs a major uplift.

It was a good area. I like the fact that it was a 20 minute walk to the Hudson River, and roughly 20 minutes to Time Square. I had a great time. What i did not like, was the crack heads to the the right of the Hotel.
