Great location. Close to everything. Elevator was broken for the most part with a 19th floor room. Staff did they best as they could with the pressure an issue like that brings, so I top my hat off to them.

Only one out of four elevators were working. Multiple times waited 20 minutes on the 24th floor to get to the lobby.Finally had to use the stairs for three days. Thermostat was broken in room and had to sleep with bath towels to keep warm.Once it worked the heater was on the wall next to my head. Loud all night Turned on the shower brown water came out at first, very low water pressure. Filed a water bottle from the sink and the water was cloudy with tiny particles. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The only thing was, on one of the days towards the end of my stay, the cleaning crew came in and threw away allll of my souvenirs thinking it was trash when it very obviously wasn’t. They found it but only offered breakfast vouchers the last two days of my stay and the Hilton honors points never showed up that they said they would give me for the inconvenience. I don’t think I would stay here again even though everything else was perfect. That just put a bad taste in my mouth, how do you throw away BAGS of souvenirs that were clearly souvenirs.

Happy 16th Birthday Trip

First of all I would like to thank all their employees who were on duty during our stay, they were professional, courteous, helpful, I can't say enough great things about them. A special shout out to Jade and the gentlemen that help with the bags, thank you for making our trip outstanding. For the reviewers that have said the employees were rude they must of stayed at a different hotel because that is furthest from the truth. This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all the major attractions Manhattan has to offer. As some have said the elevators are busy during mornings and late afternoons, however you just need to plan for this, it really is not an issue. This hotel is clean, comfortable and was a pleasure to have stayed here. Thanks to all.

Our room was flooded at 1:30 in the morning. 2 inches of water on the ground and a waterfall coming from the bathroom ceiling. We did not feel safe and went to a different hotel as first three floors flooded, elevators not working and water being shut off by fire department. I am still waiting on my refund.
