This was a great location, the staff and service was amazing! We had a couple issues but they were very helpful and accommodating. One of the elevators wasn’t working when we arrived but it was quickly resolved! It’s an older hotel, perfect for kids and great for NYC!

The location was great with easy access to public transportation and walkable to prime attractions. The hotel felt safe as a solo traveler it was quiet, the only negative was the doors to the rooms close very hard and seem to slam shut.

The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. Our double room had adequate space, and the fridge and microwave were nice to have. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located for our needs, and it was nice to be located away from the chaos of Times Square.
