I had a pleasant day. The hotel conveyed a high-quality of cleanliness from the common areas to my guest room. The complementary breakfast offered a large variety of items which were quickly replenished during the entire three hour period breakfast was offered.

The room was very clean, the bed was very very comfortable stayed in a king room, the air conditioning and the thermostat worked perfectly! They also had a k cup machine for hot beverages and bottles of water in your room, along with a small refrigerator. They also provide you with free pairs of slippers yours to keep! The service was the best I’ve experienced.

Loud occupants that smoked Marijuana were staying on my floor. The staff spoke to them, but they continued making noise and smoking. The maid came once during a 1 week stay but only to take out the garbage, nothing more.

Could use coffee in the room. A little thing but any a more a single Kureg is not that hard to supply. I may be biased coming from a small town in new mexico. But at night it is quiet. Not police chases and gun shots and very loud neighbors with music playing all night. Desk manager asked for the music to be turned down once. lasted about 10 minutes
