Breakfast is insane. They had seriously up to 100 people in dining area. The food is in a really bad spot , hard to get it and many things were out everyday. We gave up on tht free breakfast,wasn't worse the hastle especially when much of the food was gone and not refilled.

The hotel was under construction. No notice of this was given prior to staying. There was no follow thru on promised revisions to our bill. I had to spend a significant amount of time at the front desk sorting out the bill. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating, but it was their lack of follow thru in the first place that caused the problem. There were several student groups that used the hotel - and in general that’s not a thing that bothers me. However, there’s not enough room for the large groups to eat breakfast and for other guests as well. I had several times where I went down for breakfast and there was no more food available. There was also no enforcement of quiet hours. Students were running up and down the halls and yelling at each other during posted quiet hours. Their chaperones and the hotel staff did nothing to stop it. I will not be staying here again.

Problems with every aspect of this stay from check in to checkout. 1 of 2 elevators down. Physical key locks being changed on every single room of the hotel with no notice until your key didn’t work. Not told people would be accessing your room when you were (or weren’t there) for this to be done. Avoid at ALL costs!

WE were surprised to find this hotel so clean and so efficient. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and copious. I shall recommend this hotel to all my firends, and I'll stay here again when next I come.

Good option on the cheap and cheerful side

With this hotel it’s all about the stay - good price and a reasonable location for Times Square, Intrepid, subway - all within 10 minutes walk or so. We got a good price compared to more up market hotels so happy to trade off style v functionality. The hotel was very busy and seems to attract large groups. This meant the included breakfast was often standing room only and a bit chaotic with food coming and going all the time. The staff do their best to keep on top of it and the options were generally very good. The rooms were a good size and the city view rooms definitely have a view! Housekeeping was up to scratch and efficient, rooms were clean
