Right in Times Square

Was staying in Manhattan for one night and needed someplace close to Times Square and easy to walk to. This hotel is right in the middle of Times Square and just a 15 min walk from Penn Station. The hotel is very nice with clean rooms and friendly staff. Will come back again.

The Hotel is in a fantastic area, close to everything, this was the reason for booking here. The staff were all so nice and kind. The room was very clean, only downfall was it was soooo hot in the room, we could not change the temp so we had to get a tech to come up, who told us that the a/c was frozen and to crack a window. We did that however, feeling a little unsafe while we slept. The hotel charged our card 2x for the same room, we did get back the 2nd charge within 48 hours but that stunk !! I would stay here again tho, just for location

The property is the most basic kind of place to stay, small rooms, front staff looked annoyed when anything was needed and when room and multiple defects from the room not being ready at 10pm at night to room lights not working or being able to turn off! Building has a D for electrical efficiency. Only good thing is 5 mins away from time square
