1. I had no balcony view - thought I was supposed to - thought I paid for one - did not have one
2. We arrived very late (midnight) due to a long flight delay when we got up to the room the thermostat read 55 degrees - it was a cold night as it took the room a long time to heat up AND there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room.
3. We might have asked for some blankets but the gentleman at the front desk at midnight was not personable and should not be in hospitality. He spoke very softly, spoke like he was reading a script and didn't seem interested in us at all. Never greeted us when we came in the door, which he had to unlock (by buzzer) to let us in at that hour. Never greeted us or made us feel welcome. Rather made us feel like a bother.
4. The next morning my wife went to use the bathroom faucet and it leaked everywhere, all over the bathroom. To there credit staff came up and fixed it, BUT they did not mop up the mess, we had to use towels ourselves.
5. We also asked them to take a look at the water pressure in the shower because it was so bad, we thought it too was broken. they said they addressed it and initially, after they left it seemed better. But the next two mornings were terrible. No pressure. Cold water.
6. The front desk told us we had a $30 credit bot Fri and Sat night at their bar. Great! BUT the bar was only open from 5 pm to 10 pm! How are you going to take advantage of that when we had comedy club tickets and show tickets each night! So much
