This is my second stay here, first time was good. This time key for door did not work three times going to reception. Was moved to handicap room. Bed squeaked. Bathroom overflowed when taking shower. Refrigerator leaked water.

You will get what you pay for. NYC hotels are expensive so the lower price....is for a reason. Someone had showered right before we checked in the room so it was all steamy. Powerful smell of smoke that never went away. We avoided the bathroom as much as possible. Audible patron drama in the morning.

Stay far away

Horrible stay. Not only was the room dirty, bed loppy, no wash cloths , stain bedsheets but someone was playing music at 2am in the hallway outside my room. Have to go down to the front desk around 4am cause the noise was too much. They refuse to move me or give me a refund

I am highly disappointed. The curtains in the rooms were dirty. The room smells like someone smoking it. The blanket on the bed was ripped. The towels was dirty. Good thing I’m a person that always bring towels the pillowcase they dirty. The room wasn’t ready to book
