Front desk employees with bad attitude. i was able to get into my room was 4.30pm. They keeping telling u they gonna email u and never get the email. Make no sense to me the check in at 430pm. Everything else was good. Room was really clean.

Our room was booked through Hotels.com. The hotel did not have the correct reservation for us. They had incorrect information and expected us to pay for the room at double the rate we had already paid and dispute the hotel.com reservation. It took over an hour of our time to come up with a solution and upon checking out the issue had still not been resolved. The hotel stated they had issues like this before with hotels.com, making me unsure of the reliability of booking with them in the future. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and easily.

Have stayed here 3 times now and it’s been excellent every time. Rooms are spotless they are quite small but it’s only a bed for the night as you’re out most of the day, beds are very comfortable too. Breakfast is also a great reason to stay at this hotel obviously as well as the location. Lots to choose from the buffet breakfast, yes it does get busy but you don’t have to wait too long. Staff are always very helpful too
