Bed and bedding were comfortable however, the floors were dirty. The shower floor was slippery. The door for bathroom opened inwards leaving no room to get in and out of the bathroom.

Upon arrival, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor consistent with mildew. The bed linens and mattress cover were visibly stained, making them unsuitable for use. I had to place my own clothing over the bedding for comfort. Although replacement sheets were provided, no one returned to make the bed or fully change the bedding. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was not functional throughout my stay. As a result, the television was also unusable, as it required an internet connection. Due to these issues and the impact they had on the quality of my stay.

the staff was unorganized , it’s unfortunate we had to pay an extra 114$ for facilities when we were there for five nights with no tv . the rooms were cleaned twice out of those six days . I have yet to receive my $100 deposit back it has been over 10 days . I need it back I’m not one to complain , but this was terrible. I would never stay here again , I wish I could go back in time and book something else cs damn .

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The heat and air did not work. We had a space heater in our room that made it about 200°. Dirty, not well kept and run down. They will not give you your security deposit back even after we didn’t even stay and had no damages. Many others were complaining to the staff as well. Needless to say, we left. Read the reviews and listen to them. Don’t get scammed!!

Stayed for the weekend. Heating doesn’t work, or works poorly, so rooms have electric heaters (I had 2 rooms…. Same issue) For example, I set my heat to 70, the room remained at 66. I then set the heat to 75, but the room remained at 66. The electric tabletop heater worked, but not ideal for the insane price we paid. Both rooms were reasonably clean with small issues. Hair in the shower and the bed comforter had stains.

Was it the best hotel room I've ever stayed in NYC? No, but it was far from the worst. For the price and just an overnight stay, it was completely fine. The good: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The mattress was very comfortable. Overall, our room was clean but it wouldn't kill someone on the cleaning staff how to learn how to properly clean mirrors. Would I stay there again? For the right price, yes.

Our first room was not clean at all and it was pretty gross. The front desk was kind and moved us to another room. The overall condition of the hotel is just run down. It feels dirty all over though. The location was great, very close to time square.

Worst experience ever. Expedia should look into this hotel. The room was deplorable. Dirty, TV didn't no phone to call front desk the pictures posted look nothing like the rooms. Tis place is a dump. Tried to leave and checkout after checkin seeing the room. Got the runaround and ended up staying the night the it was nonrefundable.

The heat was not working in the room, the thermostat did nothing. They knew this was the case, because they put a small space heater in the room, and that was my only source of heat for 4 days. I had to run the shower on hot to make the room warm enough.
