Staff was friendly. We ate at the restaurant down stairs, nice place but no choices $24 for a burger with no fries. We asked for a quiet room which was fine until about 3-4 am when the club let out and it got loud. On the good side, bed was comfy location was fine at a fair price.

Room was clean, no complaints. Gentleman who checked me in on 11/15 early afternoon was great as well. I went to the rooftop bar, ordered a drink, bartender confirmed.. I waited a few minutes since she was making drinks.. then time goes on she carries out a full conversation with the group to my Left, and then continues to serve the new person to my right completely ignoring me. Highly likely they forgot. Felt more of a on purpose thing. Wouldn’t stay again simply off that. Additional issue was house cleaning knocking at 9:45 am asking me if I’m leaving soon.

The desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The Junior Suite room was clean and comfortable, however, the layout was very unusual, e.g. the light switch for the vanity was located on a back wall near the shower door, and the large soaking tub extended into the sleeping area. It was on a higher floor, so relatively quiet for mid-town Manhattan. The best feature was it’s location near the cruise terminus…only a 5-10 minute walk!

Check in was smooth. Super professional and friendly. Room was excellent. Comfortable with a great view of the skyline. Had a nightcap at the roof top bar. Excellent cocktails and extraordinary views. Interestingly we had to make a reservation for the bar and when we arrived we asked to sit at the bar, but were told people had reservations for those bar stools. Lil weird And when we left those same stools were empty. All good tho.

The staff members are nice. The room size is good but the bathroom is disgusting with stained tiles and dirty walls. The carpet is also dirty and stained. A bottle of water in the room costs $9!! I changed my room three times and they all have the same stained tiles. The hotel waived my first night’s resort fee to compensate us for the inconvenience. It’s not worth spending almost $500 a night to stay in this hotel.
