Great view of Times Square from floor 26. Easy to get to subway and start walking anywhere. Perfect location to ride the Subway as far as you Want and walk back to see everything. Front desk friendly, but some were not knowledgeable about big main events happening in the area. Asking questions about Macys parade or tree lighting got a lot of just Google it. The rooms were clean but like any hotel small touch ups are needed but we were enjoying the city and sleeping at nights that. Would totally stay there again without a doubt. Great deal on Expedia for 8 nights.

Perfect location with incredible views of Times Square. Spacious room with sitting area and mini refrigerator. Large lobby with comfortable seating options, bar and outdoor seating with view. Staff very nice, welcoming and helpful. Great bakery across the street with ample food within short walk. Did not eat at hotel, but the menu is nice and prices reasonable for NYC.

Rooms are spacious compared to most NYC hotels, the lobby is cozy, welcoming, plenty of room to visit, have drinks, play cards and nice area if you want something to eat. I love how they are also kid friendly - certain nights there is entertainment- a great dj with many dancing - even my 7 year old. The staff (entire staff) is always accommodating- makes everything easy. .

The staff was very nice. The room was clean but outdated. The air conditioner panel showed some leak spots and in the bathroom they used tape to cover holes and painted over the tape. It was in a good location and we felt safe there.

The staff was good, location good, and the hotel is clean. Our TV didn’t work, we only had one towel each (took an hour to get an extra), seemed like most of the elevators were out of service as it took a long time to get up and down to the room and there was often a line, the line for breakfast was long so didn’t try that, and we were told we’d be called if our room became available sooner. Bit disappointing considering the price point of the hotel. This was our second time staying and I remembered it differently the first trip.
