Walk out to Fab bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Safe neighborhood near most all train lines. Pretty tree lined street. The flat has a ton of windows and great light. A floor through with a back end bedroom facing a courtyard ensures a quiet restful sleep. Top floor of a charming early 1900s walk up. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults. COUPLES ONLY!
