The room was a bit small but clean, the property was nice not too big nor too small, staff was friendly and very helpful, the location was the best part as it was close to a bunch of places and had transportation nearby making it easy to move around.

We had a good stay at Moxy NYC Lower East Side. The rooms were nice and well designed, and the view was really good. We could see Brooklyn from our room, which was a great bonus and made the stay feel a bit more special. The staff was okay in terms of responsiveness. Nothing exceptional, but they were helpful when needed. It’s definitely a boutique style hotel, so just something to keep in mind if you prefer larger, more traditional properties. Overall, a solid stay in a great location.
