What was expected for money in such a good location but the noise in reception and lifts was very loud with music which made my son and I difficult to hear lady on reception check in or hear ourselves think. Room was as expected but as I say great location

We loved our stay at the Moxy. It is well situated near Times Square, which makes it easy to get around everywhere in NYC. The hotel has several restaurant options, including a wonderful bakery right outside the front door. The rooftop bar is cool, offering nice views of the city. The inside bar if beautiful and the service was great. It was nice having a full restaurant in the hotel for those nights when we were just too tired to go out. We didn’t mind the small room too much. But there is no closet. Clothes must be hung on pegs around the room, which are very difficult to get to. You have to crawl across the bed to get your clothing. Other than that small inconvenience, it was a lovely stay and I would do it again. Axel was very helpful with directions, etc.

Moxy is a great brand, vibe and location is excellent. House keeping was really bad, they didnt do our rooms everyday and sometimes changed one of the towels and didnt even touch the others. Also the rooftop is highly advertised all over the hotel but if you ask any staff about it, they are quick to point out that it does not really belong to the hotel and you should ride a different elevator or call them directly, does not makes any sense

The room was pretty compact yet perfectly functional. Great shower room. But the location is totally amazing! You can walk to Times Square, Empire State and subway stations. Macy’s ten minute walk. The reception staff are super helpful and can advise on subway trips, general directions and arrange cabs. Sounds from the streets and rooftop bar at night, but a fair trade off for the location.

Is good and centrally located within good distance of most attractions and sights / metro + buses. Found it very noisy with the rooftop bar being on the top floor of the building playing all the way to early hours so much that I could hear it 6-7 floors down. Not good if you are wanting a quiet room at night. This isn’t really advertised as such when you go to book here just be aware.

This was a good property in a good area. Only issue we had was housekeeping threw away my wife’s birthday cupcakes from magnolia’s bakery. Other than that we had a good time

This property definitely has a modern and cool vibe. The check in area smells lovely as you walk in. I enjoyed access to their rooftop bar, but the $30 you are charged at the front desk for your "free drink" is insane!!! I'll take my $30 back and you can keep your watered down cocktail. The rooms are tiny and stuffy so if youre ok paying for that cool modern vibe with a pleasant smelling check-in area, you'll enjoy your stay.

Great hotel for a few nights in the big apple. Conveniently located between a couple of subway stations making access to attractions accessible. The hotel is modern and a bit quirky with great bar areas especially the magic rooftop bar with stunning view of ESB. The only down side was the room had a drop down desk but no chair to sit on and the room was not cleaned every day of our stay also when it was cleaned it was late in the day. But overall a good hotel.
