Awesome hotel!! Clean, safe, nice facilities. Very close to Subway station. A few blocks away from Knickerbocker Avenue, which has a lot of really good ethnic restaurants and also bodegas with fresh fruits and vegetables. Will stay here again when coming back to NYC. Definitely recommend!

Newly up and running

This hotel is a great location for us as we visit family in Brooklyn. We will absolutely use again. The reno of this hotel doesn't appear completely finished, but we understand that it takes time. We are hoping for some better-quality bedding next visit out. The sheets were rough and didn't stay in place (no fitted sheet, just two top sheets). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hoping that they do well and can be successful.

Location is great for visiting family in Brooklyn!

Lots of drawers and easy outlets by each bedside was a plus. Bed was not that comfortable. No full length mirror in the room. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. No hooks. Staff was kind and considerate but they don’t quite have their act all together.

Great place to stay! The room and lobby were very clean and the staff was very friendly. They even let us leave our bags there after checkout so we could explore for a few more hours. If I had to find something to complain about, the door to the bathroom was very heavy and hard to open and only one outlet in the room worked.
