The room was clean and the bathrooms were too. In a convenient location in the SoHo area. Beware of the noise because the doors to the rooms only close loud. Other than that, great experience. Bring shower shoes, they are not provided.

Caution! I was not able to sleep for 2 nights because of the noise and open ceiling connecting the pods. the noise of the heavy hallway door and pod doors closing all night is unbearable. I was not able to sleep the 2 nights I stayed here. this is a hostel, I don't mind hostels for the price I would not stay here again.

I had to shorten my stay, but that was more due to my comfort level than the place itself. The place is what it is and what it says it is—very small, and you can hear all your roommates' noises. When I changed my mind and left, the staff was very nice and helped me get a refund.

They need to wipe down the shower once an hour at least. There was hair in the shower all the time. It was wet and gross but the rest of the experience was great sheets or comfy in the bed was comfortable.

No elevator. The door to my room had to be slammed shut to close and pushed on hard to open. Only trash receptacles were by bathrooms under the sink and were always full. You could hear the person next door snoring. Showers didn’t fully drain. There was standing water in area next to the shower I used.On the other hand, you get what you pay for… an inexpensive ( by New York standards) safe bed in Manhattan.

It was all great expect there's no ceiling in each pod so the sound travels. I had the worst sleeps ever with the sounds all night of doors opening and closing as people go up to use the toilet. Even with ear plush and the white noise machine.

Clean room and nice facilities. Was frequently woken up by other guests doors closing but otherwise people do follow the rules and it’s quiet. I think showers could have been cleaner. Would bring shoe shoes.
