Great hotel in midtown. Had everything we needed for marathon weekend - large suite, friendly staff, and complimentary coffee in the morning goes a long way. Would recommend to anyone - the price was totally reasonable too for what we got.

Check in was reasonable, but as promised from the manager, not every room has a refrigerator for medicine, which is what I was told. I asked for a refrigerator and it didn’t come for three hours. The electronic key card to access the elevator just doesn’t work well I and other guests had to go up and down in the elevator three times just to get to the floor. Also, how is it that the $600 a night hotel room does not have an electric outlet in the bathroom. Ridiculous underwhelmed.

Es limpio, habitaciones espaciosas, céntrico, te dejan café y te n la habitación por la mañana. No le doy las 5 estrellas porque a pesar de que los baños son súper limpios, hay que remodelarlos, la bañera y el lavamanos , cuando llegué estaban tapados, el personal los arregló rápidamente. La habitación muy buena y espaciosa, pero sin vista.

Just not very customer oriented. The desk person who greeted me upon arrival didn't actually do so. He just stared at me with a smirk until I said, "I'd like to check in." The room was ordinary, although without a refrigerator. However, it really doesn’t matter because the only access to even a Diet Coke is through room service. One cost $14. Of the two concierges on duty, the woman was great. The man looked like he hated to be bothered. However, none of that is a surprise since the concierge desk is tucked away like they hope you don't find it.

Lovely hotel- well staffed with friendly and courteous people. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds, pillows, linens, decent sized bathroom with very clean shower/ tub. Rooms and area were quiet.
