Nice hotel for a quick trip

Room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Would be nice to have a bar open later and room service/food past 10PM. Also there is no convenience store or vending machine to purchase water/snacks.

This was the first time staying at the Omni Berkshire. It has a bit of an old, stately feel to it, but it was clean and everything worked. The air handling system was much quieter that at other places I've stayed and the street noise was almost non existant. Everything was clean, and the staff was awesome! Everyone from the doorman, the check-in desk, room service staff were super friendly and professional. We couldn't be happier. Oh, and they do have an elevator. I'm not sure why the Expedia site pointed out that there wasn't an elevator.

We found the hotel to be pretty, elegant, and clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it is within walking distance to most attractions.
