My 4-day stay at the Opera House Hotel in the Bronx was a fantastic experience, largely due to its convenient location and excellent complimentary breakfast. Its subway proximity makes it ideal for exploring NYC, and the staff’s warmth elevates the stay. The staff was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to help. From check-in to daily interactions, the staff made the experience feel personal. They offered great NYC tips and quickly handled requests like extra towels. Bad Neighborhood, No Parking

I had no idea this hotel was in the ghetto. There were homeless people and loiterers hanging out all around the front. There was nowhere to even park to check in, like a driveway, port, and there was no parking on the streets. I had my two young sons with me after driving 9 hours. We didn’t even stop, just kept driving and had to go out tk Yonkers to find a hotel. I tried to get a refund and Hotels.con tried to for me but they wouldn’t do it. Just too bad I guess. So just be aware of what you are booking before you reserve this hotel.

The room was located a bit too close to the elevators and was a little noisy, but other than that is was a great room, all the staff we met were wonderful and it was a great experience.

This beautifully updated hotel in the Bronx was immaculate, well equipped, comfortable and within walking distance to Yankee Stadium! A great continental breakfast is provided every morning with a wonderful variety of choices! My family loved this hotel and we will return for sure!
